REFUND & CANCELLATION
At Elevation Financial Alliance, we are committed to providing professional, ethical, and compliant credit education and credit assistance services. We strive to serve every client with integrity, transparency, and dedication while adhering to all applicable federal and state laws.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), all clients have the right to cancel their service agreement without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days after signing the agreement.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must provide written notice to Elevation Financial Alliance within the three-business-day cancellation period. Upon timely cancellation, any fees paid for services not yet performed will be refunded as required by applicable law.
MONTH-TO-MONTH SERVICES
If services are provided on a monthly basis, clients may cancel future services at any time by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not entitle the client to a refund for services already performed.
REFUND POLICY
Because credit-related services involve professional time, document review, administrative work, education, and other services that begin immediately upon enrollment, fees earned for services already performed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Elevation Financial Alliance is committed to diligently working on behalf of our clients within the limits of the law. However, credit repair and credit improvement outcomes depend on numerous factors that are outside our control, including the accuracy of information reported by creditors, consumer credit behavior, creditor responses, and credit bureau investigations.
Therefore:
- We cannot guarantee the removal of any item from a credit report.
- We cannot guarantee a specific credit score increase.
- We cannot guarantee loan approvals, mortgage approvals, or credit card approvals.
- We cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
- We cannot guarantee the timeframe in which results may occur.
Every client’s credit profile and situation is unique, and results will vary.
