SERVICES PROVIDED
Elevation Financial Alliance LLC provides credit education, credit analysis, credit monitoring guidance, credit dispute assistance, financial education, and related consulting services.
We assist clients in reviewing and disputing potentially inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable information appearing on consumer credit reports.
We do not act as a lender, creditor, credit bureau, attorney, tax advisor, or financial institution.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Elevation Financial Alliance LLC does not guarantee:
• Credit score increases
• Specific credit score improvements
• Removal of any account, inquiry, collection, charge off, judgment, or public record
• Approval for loans, mortgages, vehicles, rentals, or credit cards
• Any specific outcome or timeline
Credit reporting agencies and creditors independently investigate disputes and determine whether information will be modified, updated, or remain unchanged.
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with credit reporting agencies without purchasing any services from Elevation Financial Alliance LLC.
Consumers may also obtain a free copy of their credit reports through legally authorized sources.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit requested documentation in a timely manner
• Notify us of any changes to their contact information
• Review correspondence received from creditors and credit bureaus
• Comply with all applicable laws
Failure to provide requested information may delay services.
PAYMENT TERMS
All fees are disclosed separately in the Client Service Agreement.
No fee is charged for services that have not yet been performed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
Monthly services, if applicable, are billed according to the signed service agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice.
Consumers also receive all cancellation rights required by applicable federal and state law, including any rights provided under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
Any earned fees for services already performed remain due and payable as permitted by law.
REFUND POLICY
Because services involve professional time, analysis, preparation of documents, and credit related work product, refunds are generally not available for services already completed.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
No refund policy shall limit any rights provided by federal or state consumer protection laws.
WEBSITE USE
You agree not to:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding three months.
